We are able to provide you with three pick-up locations as follows:

What time can I pick up my order?
Woodstock Location:
Tuesday - Friday : 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
St. Jacobs Farmers Market:
Every Thursday : 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Every Saturday : 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Kitchener Market Location
Saturday 7am-1pm
Are you open on statutory holidays?
No, unfortunately we are closed on all national and statutory holidays!
Do you take cash upon pickup?
Unfortunately we do not take cash.
Can I use more than one discount code for one purchase?
No, per order only one discount code can be applied.
Which payment method do we accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard, and credit cards.
When do I place my order?
Any time until 8 days prior to the pick up date.
What is the minimum order amount?
We take orders starting at $100.
Where do we get our product from?
Most of our product that we have in inventory comes from local growers and South America.
How do you keep your product fresh for a longer period of time?
As our flowers are kept in a cold-chain until they reach their recipient, they stay fresh and closed for a longer time period.
What does "in season" mean?
It refers to what we can get at any given time that is of the best quality and price. In other words, certain blooms may be used for a short period of time in arrangements.
What stage will my orders arrive in?
Our product will be available for pick up before opening. Therefore, when the flowers are used, they will be fresh and colorful on the right days.
