Birds of Paradise

Multi-colored florets make Birds of Paradise one of the most exotic and artistic-looking flowers. The original name was derived from its resemblance to the crowns on top of tropical birds’ heads. To use the flower in floral arrangements and for its utmost beauty, you have to wait until it emerges from the protective sheath. There are two flowers on the display that can be carefully removed from the sheath.
